June 12. Thursday. 6:30 PM. Relatively hot, a very glaring sun. Lynbrook High School Commencement Ceremony, as it is called. Many people. Very many people.

A representative sample of the large crowd awaiting the graduates.

Procession of graduates: and we saw Cassie.

Esther’s trademark grin.

Sean couldn’t resist his Asian roots.

And Eric smiled so big he dropped his hat (which by the way – graduation hats are the weirdest-looking things ever, if you think about it).

Typical, but nevertheless, a very photo-worthy moment that never gets old.

Great Balls of Fury.

Bellos.

U R A Q T!

Stephanie.

We’re trying to get our act together.

Eric.

Carrie. We are both addicted to Jeopardy.

Steph & Andrew.

Why you so grumpy?

Hurrah! We finally got our act together.
Afterwards, we went to Chili’s. Sat there and left because there was no room. Then we went to In-N-Out. It was kind of late by the time we finished eating. I remembered that I listened to Duke Special and Brooke Waggoner in my car on the way to In-N-Out and then back home.

Hot dog in a hamburger joint.

This is what’s “in.”

A brief snapshot…

And then we zoom into a sizeable animal style serving of fries. Oh don’t you just want to dip your face in that glop of deliciousness?

Double Meat, Double Cheese – Double Double.

Nyuk-Nyuk-Nyuk.

Look at the clumping of fries. Very peculiar, the hardening of cheese.

Some people put pepper on their fries…

In utter ecstasy.

Girl, you are a monster!
