My favorite sandwich ever! It’s called “The Prolific Garden” from the cafe-bakery The Prolific Oven.

Tomatoes, Avocados, Cucumbers, Alfalfa Sprouts, Onions, Roasted Red Peppers – all sandwiched perfectly between two slices of Fluffy Wheat Bread.

Sometimes I go to The Prolific Oven and sit there in their bouncy chairs eating this sandwich by myself. It’s really quite a fruitful life I lead.

And wait, even better – it comes with cake!
